La Paz Community School is nestled in between several unique communities along the central coastal region of Guanacaste. La Paz students come from as far south as Playa Negra to as far north as Nuevo Colon (about a 60 km distance between the two). The majority of La Paz students come from the towns of Potrero, Flamingo, Brasilito, Huacas, Villareal, and Tamarindo which each offer their own little slice of local and international culture. La Paz counts on support from local businesses to keep tuition low and accessible for many non-scholarship families in the area. The following businesses are considered Friends of La Paz as they have continuously contributed to the La Paz Scholarship Fund and/or Annual Fund.
